From home based to shoplot.
I am a small and simple appointment based pets groomer based in Jalan Song, Kuching. Our little shop is just behind of Johns Pie and right around the corner of Maxis. We have pet grooming service and retail services as well. From pet food, to accessories and toys! Inspired by my love for dogs, I decided to undergo training and completed my certification in 2019 (MGA Certified) and I have been in this industry ever since. I want to show the basic health care of our furry friends and how good they can look with a cut appropriate with their breeds 💓🧸

Being pawparents ourselves, we understand that our furkids are our everything! Thus we provide 1 on 1 grooming service and rest assured we give them our hundred percent focus. ☺️ Your furkids will not be left alone, and neither will we be multi tasking between different dogs.

⚠️𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗠𝗘⚠️

Our appointments are first come first serve basis due to limited slots as we only have one groomer available. Highly advisable to book your appointments one week in advance so that we are able to schedule our time.

Also please inform and be honest about your dogs as we have a very strict policy on aggresive dogs.

What services do you offer?

We offer basic/full grooming for dogs. Small, medium and large breeds. We also have retail from pet food, to toys and accessories.

Where are you based?

We are located at Jalan Song, behind Johns Pie.

How do I make an appointment?

Just get in contact with me whichever is most convenient for you! I will send you a schedule of the available dates from that month and from there you can decide on whichever day is most suitable for you. However, please do not call as I will not answer and might have missed your enquiries.

Are you available everyday?

No we are not. Appointment is highly required to be made beforehand.

How much do you charge?

My price differs according to size of dog and breed. Do DM/WhatsApp me to get the most accurate prices!

How long does it take to complete?

All dogs are different, from behaviour to personality and fur condition. So there is not a proper confirmation on how long does the grooming process take as we handle each and every one with extra attention and care. But most commonly, basic grooming takes about 45 mins to 1 and a half hours max, and full grooming can take about 2 hours to 4 hours max (per dog). We would not recommend our service for rushing customers.

Do you accept cats?

Not at the moment due to some reasons.

Do you accept all types of dogs?

We DO NOT accept ⁣: • Aggressive dogs.⁣ • Unvaccinated / Puppies below 3 months⁣ • Large dogs with heavy fur shedding.⁣ • Tick/Fleas infested dogs.

Do you do house call service?

No, we don’t.

Do you accept last minute appointment?

Depending on our schedule, if we are available for grooming on that day. Our last call for full grooming is 3PM, and basic grooming is 4PM.
