As a New York Immigration Lawyer, Rajat Shankar leads our firm with insight shaped by personal immigration experience. His understanding of the U.S. system allows us to guide clients with clarity and confidence. Our practice focuses on Employment-Based Immigration, representing employers and workers in Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa cases. We also assist individuals with Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and Deportation Defense matters.

Raj earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Touro Law Center and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from East Stroudsburg University. Since his admission to the New York Bar in 2013, he has delivered structured, ethical, and results driven representation for clients nationwide.
