Desert Hack Terms and Condition:

1. Once booked no cancellation can be made.
2. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Riding is a risk sport. Your choice to ride is voluntary. We take every care to provide suitable horses/ponies for our customers, but all animals can be unpredictable. As such, EEC requires a liability form to be completed by all clients. 
4. Riders always must be appropriately dressed when mounted. Correct dress refers to BSI or EN standard headgear, suitable footwear and long or short sleeve shirt (no vest type tops/ sleeveless tops). We recommend gloves be worn whilst riding. 
5. Riders must always wear suitable footwear when riding. Trainers/sneakers are not suitable. 
6. I acknowledge that horse riding is rugged and dangerous sport, and I am riding at my own risk.
