DESIGN & PRICING
You may select cake design from our Instagram or provide reference photo. Prices vary according to size, design, production time and details. Quotation will be given after consultation.

ORDER GUIDANCE

▪️ Please provide date for pick-up or delivery and we will advise on slot availability through DM.

▪️ Select cake size, flavor, design, wishes & self pick-up/ delivery (with charges based on location. Please provide full delivery address for our checking)

▪️ We will quote the final price after consultation. Order will only be confirmed after payment is made.

✅ We proceed on a first come, first served basis and do not secure your slot before payment is made.

✅ If there is no payment received within the time frame 24 hours, orders will be automatically cancelled to make way for others.

✅ We reserve the right to cancel order, alter or reschedule if payment only been received after the time frame given.

✅ Kindly place order 3 to 5 days in advance to get your cake on time.

FAQ

Do you have ready cakes?

We do not have ready cakes and will only proceed to arrange upon payment received.

How do I store my cake?

Once received, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

Sorry to inform that we do not accept COD but only online payment. Full payment is required to confirm order.

Can I get a refund for cancelled order?

Sorry to inform that there is no refund for cancelled order.
