How do I switch to a different plan?
You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the Plans page in your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners, Maestro and UnionPay.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Note that we don't provide prorated refunds for downgrades or cancellations, so if you downgrade or cancel before the end of your billing period, you will not receive a refund for the rest of the period. However, your account will stay active through the end of the billing period and you will be able to use all features included in your plan.
Will I pay monthly or annually?
You have the option to pay monthly or annually on all plans. All plans offer a discount for users who choose to pay annually.
